Our training sessions are all about team spirit and motivation. Having others around you working hard and giving their all will naturally push you to be your best. You'll find that training at CrossFit Tulare is one of the best ways to sweat while having fun. Working out will finally be something you look forward to.

  • CrossFit

    Simply put, CrossFit is the “sport of fitness.” Sounds crazy, right? Maybe not. CrossFit has turned the boring, mundane yet necessary task of “working out” into a sort of game.

    CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning through daily workouts that are constantly varied and are sure to push your body to the limits.

    We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you. Don’t want to make more than one trip into the house with an armload of groceries? We’ve got you covered. Need to sprint across the parking lot at work so you’re on time? No problem! Want to jump over tall buildings in a single bound? We can work on that too.

  • Group X Bootcamp

    Our Bootcamps are designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!

    • Indoor Bootcamp:  Weather will never be an issue with us. Rain, shine, snow, whatever……we are ready to workout!
    • The Exercises: Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need! with out the need for heavy barbells, complex gymnastics or strength movements.
    • Time Efficient Training: Our boot camp classes are 40 minutes in length. Get you in and get you out. We keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end!
    • The After Burn!: High Intensity Interval training just like we use in our boot camp classes will increase your metabolism up to 12-16 hours after your workout! That’s right, burn fat for HOURS after your workout!
    • NEVER Plateau!: The body hates change! It would much rather do the same thing every minute of every day. Well we have news for you…when you do the same exercise routine day in and day out you stop seeing results or “plateau.” At Bootcamp we make sure to mix it up on a regular basis. You will NEVER do the same workout twice! Why is this good? Because…your body will never adapt and you will never plateau! You will get results and they will come quick and continue to come…..month after month after month!

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    CrossFit Tulare’s Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic olympic lifts. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have built a strong technical foundation in these 2 lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level, to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • CrossFit Tulare Too Strong

    For those who want to get truly strong, or looking to become strength athletes. This program borrows from powerlifting, Strongman, and Olympic weightlifting to grow your strength base that transfers to everyday life and  sport.

  • Endurance

    Our Endurance class is the ultimate metabolic conditioning class, designed to kick your metabolism into gear (burn fat), and get you an anabolic (muscle toning) and aerobic (endurance) workout. This class will challenge everyone from the newcomer to the fittest athlete! The faster you go the harder it is.

    Classes are open to all experience levels and are designed to be adjustable so that everyone gets a challenging workout and leave feeling accomplished.

  • Gymnastics

    CrossFit Tulare’s Gymnastics class will get you technically proficient in body weight movements as you get stronger so that you can master the most challenging of gymnastics exercises. We’ll work everything from the basic push-up to the most technical muscle-up.

  • CrossFit Kids

    Our CrossFit Kids program is designed for kids ages 7-12, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Our youth athletes are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood.
    This program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships.

  • Personal Training

    If you, like many other athletes, have reached a plateau or at least may not be making the type of progress you would like to be making, then consider joining us for a one-on-one training session at CrossFit Tulare. These sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals to get you to where you want to be.

    Sign up for our personal training sessions where one of our world-class coaches will work with you to help define your goals and blow them out of the water. Each 1 hour session is designed just for you with a set of eyes on you at all times to ensure you’re getting value out of every one of those 60 minutes.
